What are participants saying about the Five Pillars strategy?
I feel like this was the most powerful and rewarding experience. Dare I say of my life? Both personally and professionally. It was a game changer. Your words are playing over and over in my head. I am so energized to start the process with my team. I have arranged a meeting with my head and marketing firm to start getting the conversations going.
I have a meeting with a perspective full-pay family this week. My mindset is completely different! Oh and I am wearing that bracelet. (WITPTBSFTC? bracelet) Powerful! I can’t thank you enough for allowing me the opportunity to grow in such a deep and meaningful way. It was very challenging but I am so pleased with how I came out on the other side. Now it is time to get to work, be focused, customer-centric and dig deep.
Leah Papp, Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid at The Swain School, PA
A head of school and an admission person working together with the Five Pillars, we could change the world.
Sally Kiedel, Director of Admission at Agnes Irwin School, PA
It was invigorating to simply have three consecutive days to develop ideas that I’ve been grinding on for years now. Your methodology offered me a fresh perspective to attack my “same old problem.” I feel as though I’ve punched through a ceiling that I’ve been bumping into for some time now. In addition, you challenged me. Every time I thought I had it nailed, you offered insightful feedback that sent me back to the laptop encouraged by my progress, but aware of how I could improve
Jim O’Donnell, Director of Admission at Kingswood Oxford School, CT
I went last year to the Five Pillars Workshop and it was amazingly valuable. As a result of it we revamped quite a bit of our marketing plans and tools. What we both liked was that there was a session, then breakout groups to work on the ideas presented for each section. We were able to immediately put the ideas into action. I’m sure you have had the experience of going to a workshop or conference and then coming home and not knowing where to start in order to implement your great new ideas. We came home with ready plans, which enabled us to implement our ideas within months for the new school year.
