Claude Anderson is the creator of the Marketingtofullpay.com site.  In 1995, he started his first job as a director of admission of a private school.  Although his first two seasons were successful, he wasn’t sure that he had the right mix of marketing strategies to ensure future success in what can be an unpredictable market place.  Partly driven by fear of failure in any given year, he made it his goal to develop marketing strategies that would be dependable and give him and other interested professionals a higher level of confidence in the unpredictable enrollment environment.

It was obvious to him that the key to his success was being able to recruit enough full-pay families to achieve the net tuition revenue. Over the last two decades, he has been successfully developing his full-pay marketing strategies in real-time and sharing his ideas with others, working with over 1000 admission, marketing, communication, development professionals, as well as heads of school and trustees.  He has committed himself to bringing great training to the enrollment management profession and looks forward to working with schools of all sorts.

Marketingtofullpay.com is designed to serve private schools in achieving their mission.   Whether one supports the idea or not, most tuition charging schools cannot be successful in achieving their missions without full-pay families paying for most of the costs to run their business.  Claude Anderson created this website to engage the people who are involved in the enrollment process and who seek dependable systems for implementing full-pay marketing strategies, plans and ideas.  

Using many different resources,from the corporate world to non-profit environment, he continues to analyze, compile and position information that can guide private schools on how to best implement the systems to recruit full-pay families.  

In 2012, he developed the Five Pillars Strategy for recruiting full-pay families, a defined,effective framework yield more of the families that a school needs. This system enables the users to build a dynamic and focused marketing strategy for their use in recruiting full-pay families.  Marketingtofullpay.com gives much attention to this model and helps others to implement its ideology.
